Libbie Mill Midtown in Henrico County is a 90-acre mixed-use development built on the site of
post-World War II housing, which was demolished in 2004. The project is one of the largest revi-
talization efforts in Henrico’s 400-year history and includes residential, retail and public spaces. The development continues to grow, with new residential and retail projects in the pipeline, such as Harp’s Landing and Wrighthaven Square Apartments.
